"The recovery in April was not a given after the setback in March and the first quarter of 2018 still marked a positive result. The peak seasonality of the coming months will be decisive for the performance of the entire year - he claims Andrea Dell'Orto, President of Confindustria ANCMA, National Association of Cycle Motorcycle Accessories -. The economic picture highlights some concerns due to the slowdown in industrial production, export problems and weaker domestic demand. The entire automotive sector represented a driving force, anticipating the recovery in demand also due to the necessary replacement of vehicles. Our sector hopes that a trade war will not be triggered with duties that damage the correct development of the market, particularly for Italian products in the United States. Our market could suffer setbacks due to political uncertainty and the lack of decision-making interlocutors. The objective is to prepare to provide all the support necessary to be protagonists in the sustainable mobility panorama. At the same time, it is necessary to guarantee safe conditions of use for all two-wheel enthusiasts who find themselves faced with inadequate and dangerous infrastructures every day.".
