You immediately notice the functional technological equipment that acts in symbiosis with the high-performance elasticity of a chassis developed to cover long distances.
It features a low-weight double-spar aluminum frame, a renewed rear subframe that is also lightened, with the engine acting as a stressed body. The front telescopic fork is of the upside-down type with a 45 mm diameter and 150 mm extension and the reconfigured swingarm with 150 mm extension is even lighter, completing a "Flex Frame" structure with a curb weight of 226 kg, considering the information. The braking system includes a dual 320mm front disc with four-piston radial calipers and a single rear element associated with a 220mm single-piston floating caliper. The 17-inch wheels are also less heavy.
Among the highlighted aspects are a 30 mm more compact handlebar, the inclination of the steering head increased to 65,1° and a slightly resized trail figure, now 116 mm and anti-vibration components. The frame setting allows for a rounded position in the saddle, moved forward by 20 mm, the wheelbase then amounts to 1.552 mm.
The range of available systems is extensive, ranging from electronic and automatic suspension settings via a Dynamic ESA, also opting for an optional Pro, therefore also a aforementioned DBC Dynamic Brake Control which supports braking. The packages also vary. The power output of the inline four-cylinder unit gives 999 cc combined with a transmission with ratios reconfigured according to the vehicle, it results 165 horses, reached at 11.000 rpm, then the couple gives 114 Nm a 9.250 rpmor, always following the directions.
