BMW R 1200 R and RS, the new Roadsters protagonists at Intermot 2014

BMW Motorrad will bring to the international show a series of innovations highly anticipated by enthusiasts like the new BMW R 1200 R, a Roadster model, symbol of pure motorcycling, equipped with a twin-cylinder Boxer engine, a guarantee of excellent thrust and unique sound, which here corresponds to the DOHC engine already installed in the R 1200 GS, in the R 1200 GS Adventure, as well as in the R 1200 RT and in the new R 1200 RS.

The engine delivers 125 HP at 7.750 rpm and develops a maximum torque of 125 Nm at 6.500 rpm.
