On the opening day of the show Intermot in Cologne, revealed by Kawasaki il complete prototype of an electrically powered motorcycle, an example EV which represents an idea of "driving force" in a prospective way, as emerged.

A prototype projected towards the future

A commitment that also concerns the strengthening of the Kawasaki brand to offer models and services that meet customer needs, investing in research to achieve carbon neutrality in favor of environmental protection.
First observed in action at 8 hours of Suzuka, model EV was part of a broader discussion, introduced by the General Manager of Kawasaki Motors Europe.

Considering the commitment to offer at least three electric vehicles globally by 2022, previously made by Hiroshi Ito, the President of Kawasaki Motors; Tsuruno-san highlighted on the occasion that the prototype shown only for the duration of the press conference will represent the basis for real production. Also bearing in mind Kawasaki's ongoing commitment to internal combustion engines, electric propulsion and biofuels were evaluated alongside hydrogen research as a potential solution to achieving carbon neutrality.
