Beta Day 2018: a great event to celebrate 7 world championships

Beta – Last weekend, the annual end-of-season party, Beta Day 2018, took place at the Beta headquarters. Never before has the event been as full of activity as in this edition with all the final races of both Beta single-brand championships – the Trial Master and the Enduro Master Beta -, the spectacular heats of the Enduro pilots and the performances of the official pilots of the Beta Factory Trial Team which enchanted those present.

Beta Day 2018: the event

Beta Day 2018, however, was not just a purely demonstration event, but a golden opportunity for fans of the brand to test the Enduro and Trial range, while the Electric Mini Trials were available for the little ones. The show started early in the morning with the Enduro Master Beta organized on a double special stage - one inside and one outside the company - then it was the turn of the single-brand Trial which took place inside of the town of Rignano sull'Arno, to end at the Beta factory. But already from the early afternoon the public was able to see in action the best riders that the Enduro World Championship has been able to boast this season: Steve Holcombe, Enduro 3 World Champion, Enduro GP and Overall Italian Champion; Brad Freeman, Enduro 1 World Champion and Vice Enduro GP World Champion; Matteo Cavallo, Junior Enduro World champion; Christophe Charlier, official rider of Team Beta Factory and Deny Philippaerts, official rider of Team Beta Boano who, for the second consecutive year, won the Beta Day show race. The battle was real, also thanks to the best riders of the Master Trophy Enduro and a selection of high-level riders who challenged the officials in a race - with a cross formula - with no holds barred.

But it wasn't just the enduro riders who battled it out, Albert Cabestany and James Dabill - official riders of the Beta Factory Trial Team - also put on a show by showing the public passages in really difficult areas. The day ended with the great celebration for the seven world titles won.
