Triumph Rocket X, born to celebrate a decade of reign [LIVE PHOTOS]

Triumph Rocket – Triumph has unveiled the limited edition Rocket X to celebrate the 10 year reign of the Rocket III. The Triumph Rocket X will be produced in just 500 units, will have a cost of 18.859 € and should be available from spring 2015.

The Triumph Rocket the largest engine for a production motorcycle, a three-cylinder from 2294 cc in line with the chassis, whose torque is 221 Nm already at 2750 rpm, which, moreover, offers extraordinary acceleration at any gear and at any number of rpm. The 12-valve engine is securely mounted in framesor, used as a load-bearing element, and the arrangement of the three cylinders is fully balanced ensuring a more than minimal vibration.

The Rocket X is synonymous with quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail, characteristics necessary to obtain the desired effect, all accentuated by the customized painting. The absolute depth of the jet-painted black gloss contrasting with the stripe of shiny metal and the Triump logoh, perfectly aligned, offer incredible quality and a sense of solidity that truly befits this iconic motorcycle. Each of the motorcycles forming part of the limited edition of 500 units will also feature by a unique numbering on the side panel.

From a chassis perspective the Triumph Rocket muscular appearance and provides a fully loaded ride setup that every rider should experience at least once in their two-wheeled career. The ergonomics help the bike especially when cornering and the rear suspension is comfortable, controllable and is more than capable of covering long distances with aplomb.
