La GSX-R Racing Academy signed Suzuki is aimed at enthusiasts who, already owning a GSX-R or aspiring to own one, wish to take to the track for a first experience on the track or to refine their driving techniques, feeling safe in a controlled environment.
A maximum of eight participants are expected at each appointment, thus guaranteeing the presence of one instructor for every two students to define homogeneous pairs and encourage a direct relationship with the instructor.
Once the participants have been welcomed, the technical clothing and helmets have been put on, together with an introductory speech, the day will include theoretical sessions and five sessions on the track of twenty minutes each. The briefings concern topics such as safety, behavior and driving position on the track and correct trajectories, also focusing attention on the technological devices connected to the powerful GSX-R1000R. During the stops, a systematic analysis of the laps carried out is made; on some occasions the instructor will go down the track as a trailblazer and on others he will follow each student closely to provide him with useful information.
As reported, there is also a hospitality structure where you can relax and spend time in the company of other students.

The Suzuki GSX-R tradition

For more than 35 years, Suzuki GSX-R has represented the two-wheeled sports essence of the Hamamatsu brand and to grasp the full potential of a GSX-R it is necessary to get on the track. At the top is the GSX-R1000R, equipped with sophisticated solutions such as a frame characterized by a special slot that allows you to move the swingarm pivot in order to obtain optimal tuning and a Showa BFF fork with a lightened upper plate. We also highlight solutions such as bidirectional Quick Shift and Launch Control.
The thruster transmits 202 horses of power and the peak torque is 117,6 Nm, acting on the ride-by-wire accelerator. Also highlighted is a Motion Track TCS (Traction Control System) that can be managed on 10 levels considering an ECU control unit and the data evaluated by the inertial platform. Also associated with the ABS is a cornering function, as reported.
