KTM, great July market

KTM, great July marketKTM, great July market

With the two-wheel market in continuous and increasingly alarming decline, positive results are rarities that are almost impossible to find. But there is someone who manages to smile in this difficult moment in the motorcycle sector, as in the case of KTM, and in particular of the Italian branch, which in the month of July just ended he had his own registered sales records. This was possible thanks to the Austrian motorcycle manufacturer's decisive strategy of focusing on sports bikes without hesitation and compromise, also launching new models on the market which have received high appreciation from enthusiasts.

The record number of KTM registrations, which reached the levels of five years ago, was possible above all thanks to the incredible success of the new enduro range, with the new EXC-F 350 e 125 Duke. The increased sales resulted in a 0,9% increase in market shares, which made it possible to reach 6% of the national market. Without a doubt, much of the credit must be attributed to the new 125 Duke, capable of upsetting a segment that had become stagnant like that of 125 motorcycles. The Duke 125, with 401 registrations, is today the leading bike among the 125s not only in Italy but also in Europe in terms of sales numbers. In short, no small satisfaction for KTM, always ready to understand the needs of the sector and present the missing motorbike on the market.
