KTM 390 Adventure: a compact explorer for 2022 [PHOTO]

A functional power-to-weight ratio and agility characterize the KTM 390 Adventure. The 2022 model features new graphics and interesting updates.

The motorcyclist is central in the definition of the project, given the development of ergonomics that favors the use of the motorbike on any stretch, from city arteries to off-road routes. The same superstructures have been defined to optimize this aspect and a saddle developed in two parts is also highlighted.
Aesthetically, the KTM 390 Adventure for 2022 is characterized by two new colors Black e Orange, in particular the second recalls that of the official bikes of the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing Rally Team.
Among the important innovations of the electronic part, the possibility of using two driving modes stands out Street e Offroad. Offroad traction control allows you to drive off-road by managing the loss of grip of the rear wheel and driving on challenging and slippery terrain.
The model has also been equipped with a pair of die-cast aluminum rims that are even more resistant and distinguishable by a five-spoke design, not six, obtaining greater rigidity and resistance in use.

Turning the Ride by Wire accelerator knob stimulates its character, as in the video proposed by KTM on YouTube starring the American Baja champion Quinn Cody and the globetrotter Paolo Cattaneo, engaged in the saddle of the compact Travel Enduro during a weekend of exploration of asphalt roads and off-road itineraries.
The tuning of the chassis is based on the brand's experience in Rally Raid. The steel trellis frame is defined with a symbiosis between dynamic control, flexibility and stability in mind; the tank can contain 14,5 liters of fuel and we also note a rear trellis frame with steel elements and bolted in four points. The suspension part is made up of adjustable WP APEX solutions, while the braking system includes two-channel ABS and Bybre brakes with discs 320 millimeters and 280 mm front and rear respectively.
The specimen is equipped with a single cylinder engine four-stroke approved Euro 5. The developed power reaches i 43 horses with a pair of 37 Nm.

La KTM 390 Adventure for the 2022 will arrive in KTM dealerships from the end of next January, as reported.
