Yamaha for Police – On the sidelines of the 34th edition of the Local Police Days, scheduled in Riccione until Saturday 26 September, the Italian branch of the Japanese brand presented a preview of the range of its motorized vehicles dedicated to the Italian law enforcement forces. The main theme of the traditional event, in which 2.500 people participate every year including Commanders, Officers and Municipal Police Agents, Managers, Administrators and Officials of Local Authorities, is the display of all the new regulations and the main technological innovations to support the operational activity of the Italian Local Police Forces.

With the "Yamaha for Police" project, the Japanese brand will make an ad hoc range of soil and water products available to the police, as has already happened with the Milan Police. The House of Iwata is present in the three-day event with an exhibition area at Piazzale Ceccarini, in Riccione, where some of the already customized models are revealed, including the Yamaha MT-09 Tracer, the Yamaha FJR1300AP and the Yamaha Tricity, all under construction by the local police. Then there are Yamaha XTZ660Z Ténéré and the Yamaha FX High Output watercraft, under construction by the State Police, while the Yamaha TMAX It is in the French Police version.

For the occasion, in the same Romagna location, an area dedicated to the test ride of the Yamaha Tricity, one of the vehicles customized for the Local Police, was also set up. All the qualities of the first three-wheeled model developed by the Japanese company, which represents an innovative solution to the problem of mobility in the city, can thus be tested on the road for free by the public present and by two-wheel enthusiasts.
