Ducati Scrambler – The second opens in Bologna Ducati Food Factory Scrambler, the Land of Joy food experience. The new restaurant is located in the center, in via d'Azeglio 34, overlooking the suggestive Corte Galluzzi, as well as inside the tower of the same name dating back to the second half of the 1200s.

The new Scrambler Ducati Food Factory, designed and created with the intention of transmitting and sharing the love for taste and refinement, is characterized by a vintage design but with a modern flavour, typical of the Scrambler universe, in which to experience a unique experience that starts from food and extends to art, music, customization, events, meetings and much more. On the evening of Thursday 24 May the Scrambler Ducati Food Factory officially opened with an inaugural event and ribbon cutting in the presence of Claudio Domenicali, CEO Ducati Motor Holding, e Andrea Dovizioso, bearer of the Ducati Team MotoGP. Scrambler Ducati Food Factory is located in a prestigious location, the "living room" of Bologna, a passageway, pedestrianized in the section closest to Piazza Maggiore and which has always been a commercial nucleus as well as an active part of the social, economic and political life of the city. As with the first Scrambler restaurant concept, opened at the end of 2016 in via Stalingrado, this project was also born in collaboration with Sviluppi Urbani, a Bolognese company specialized in retail development in the food and beverage sector. The Scrambler Ducati Food Factory in via d'Azeglio is not just a restaurant, but a real meeting point, open every day from early morning to evening, to welcome customers at every stage of the day: from breakfast to aperitif, from brunch to dinner, up to a drink in the evening hours.

The Scrambler's free expression is also manifested through a flexible catering format
each time in a different way. In this new venue the US spirit mixes with the most typical proposals of the Emilia-Romagna culinary tradition: beef hamburgers, pork ribs cooked at low temperatures and pulled pork with barbecue sauce as well as fresh pasta and platters of local cured meats and cheeses. The pizza is unmissable, served either round or by the shovel and customizable to taste, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, accompanied by a refined selection of craft beers. To confirm the attention that the Scrambler® brand has always paid to Food, this project integrates with "Taste of Joy", the App (available for Android and iOS) dedicated to those who love motorbikes but also quality food, where it is already possible to find the details of both Scrambler® concept restaurants.
