If even Horacio Pagani (you know, I imagine, the craftsman of the Pagani Zonda super sports car) was fascinated by it, it was unlikely that MV Agusta, the motorcycle manufacturer among the most accredited to represent us around the globe, recently returned Italian, did not fall into the bewitching trap of the Frecce Tricolori.

The Frecce Tricolori, Italian pride that can also be exported outside national borders, or the National Acrobatic Team, will celebrate half a century of existence next weekend, 11 and 12 September. To pay homage to the group of drivers and their vehicles, MV Agusta decided to create a special version of the F4.

The MV Agusta F4 Frecce Tricolori maintains its fairing identity, but is cloaked in a patriotic guise, dominated by electric blue and embellished with the Italian flag, the tricolour, standing out in the central part of the motorcycle bodywork. MV Agusta F4 Frecce Tricolori will be presented at the Rivolto base (Udine), on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary celebrations.

The external fairing of the MV Agusta F4 Frecce Tricolori will be made of carbon fiber and titanium and a silver plaque, placed on the steering head, will remind the pilot of the special version which of the troop's aircraft his unit will be associated with. Like any self-respecting special edition, MV Agusta F4 Frecce Tricolori will be produced in just eleven examples, one for each driver of the National Aerobatic Team.
