The weekend opens today in Rome Motodays 2024. A very rich weekend for two-wheel enthusiasts in the capital, but with many visitors also coming from other parts of Italy and beyond. Among the protagonists of this event there will be the FMI (Italian Motorcycle Federation) with many initiatives.

“I expect wide participation and I am particularly proud that the driving course dedicated to women has already been sold out for several days – the words of John Copioli, president of FMI – With this type of activity, and with the frequent initiatives aimed at young people, the FMI continues to be at the forefront for the development and diffusion of motorcycling culture".

The driving course for motorcyclists

March 8th is Women's Day and, on this day, the 2024 Motodays are scheduled to feature driving course for motorcyclists beginners, already sold out. A way to learn the basics of correct riding technique for women with no experience or with only a few kilometers on a motorbike.

At the same time, inside the FMI stand, the and students of some high schools will participate in Road Education courses. Friday will be the day of the first of the three Hobby Sports scheduled at Motodays; the others are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday. Each course is free, dedicated to children and teenagers between 7 and 14 years old and scheduled between 10am and 18pm.

The CIV Classic and motorbike touring events

On Saturday and Sunday, however, there will be events for everyone. The presentation of the will be held on Saturday 9 March, at 16.00 pm CIV Classic at the stand of the Gentlemen's Motor Club Roma, while on Sunday they will be reserved for FMI members motorbike tourism events Etruria Discovering and 1000 Curve.

Appointment in pavilion 5

The FMI will welcome Moto Clubs and Members to its stand located inside Pavilion 5, Space B5. Members will be able to purchase tickets online, with one discount of 5 euro.
