Naosgi Iizuka, Honda's chief designer who followed the rebirth of the Africa Twin, tells us some secrets.
We saw it as a concept last year, now arrives in the definitive version. In three possible configurations, "basic", with ABS and with the DCT gearbox profoundly revised for the occasion. The software now allows off-road use with clutch management that optimizes traction, as well as 3 S mode management programs. The large group of enthusiasts will be able to enjoy a motorcycle that promises to maintain the riding feeling of its ancestor unchanged, with the magic of modern technology and a centrality of the masses that makes it seem much lighter than the mere numerical data suggests.
