Ducati Streetfighter V4 SP: a new variant on the horizon?

Among the rumors that have appeared online and refer to possible new models Ducati, there are also rumors of one Street Fighter V4 SP. Could it be one of the eagerly awaited new features for 2022? There are no confirmations at the moment.

The new web series Ducati World Première 2022 was recently previewed. Six episodes scheduled from 30 September to 9 December during which the brand's new products are introduced. The list is as follows:

One of the anticipated bikes is the DesertX, protagonist of the last episode. A new Adventure example equipped with a new chassis part with a 21-inch front wheel and a 937 cm³ liquid-cooled Testastretta engine, as recently indicated.
Speaking of the rumored Streetfighter V4 SP, if the name is confirmed, we can hypothesize a bold variant of the model with a distinctive look and exclusive contents, such as the already well-known Panigale V4 SP with "Winter test" livery and equipment that underlines its potential sporty. The Streetfighter V4 SP engine could always express a peak power and torque of 208 horsepower and 123 Nm respectively, also assuming the presence of carbon components and solutions that support the dynamism and character of the vehicle. At the moment there remain ideas to be reported with the conditional. The same goes for another possible novelty that we have heard about recently: a Streetfighter V2. Another example that would expand the Ducati proposal in the naked segment. For now, however, there are no certain indications.
