Caberg: Drift Evo arrives for sports motorcyclists

The helmet is equipped with a scratch-resistant visor with Pinlock Max Vision lens to prevent fogging

Two versions available: Speedster, with a shell made of tricomposite (Carbon, Kevlar, Fiberglass) and Carbon, with a shell entirely made of carbon fiber

caberg – The month of November brings another novelty to Caberg: Drift Ages, which joins the already well-known and appreciated Drift model, further raising the standard to satisfy motorcyclists with a sportier nature.

The most significant innovations concern the shell, produced in two sizes (small for sizes XS to M and large for sizes L to XXL) which, combined with the completely redesigned interior, offers a perfect balance between comfort and space. The rear spoiler improves the aerodynamics of the helmet at higher speeds, reduces turbulence and noise and gives an aggressive design. The interior also adopts a new cheek pad, which gives an even more enveloping and precise fit and can be replaced with those of a larger or smaller size so as to allow perfect customisation.

Drift Evo is equipped with a quick release visor mechanism that automatically adjusts the position of the visor for a perfect fit with the window edging. Thanks to the double spring movement of the visor mechanism, it will no longer be necessary to manually adjust it to avoid water or air infiltration between the visor and the edge. Furthermore, on the left side of the visor mechanism there is a lever that allows it to be blocked at a distance of approximately 0.5cm from the edge to avoid or eliminate condensation which is effectively absorbed by the wind during circulation, it also allows for a flow of air on the face directed so as not to cause discomfort even at the highest speeds. The locking lever excludes the possibility of the visor opening while driving or during a fall.

The air intake positioned on the chin guard conveys air to the internal surface of the visor avoiding the formation of condensation. The upper air intakes, through an advanced system of ducts in the polystyrene shell, guarantee excellent ventilation, thanks also to the rear extractor which allows the outflow of hot and stale air.

The Drift Evo is available in version Speedster, with shell made of tricomposite (Carbon, Kevlar, Fiberglass) and in the version Carbon, with a shell entirely in carbon fiber with a lighter weight of approximately 100 grams. compared to the tricomposite version. There are three color combinations available for the Speedster version and two for the Carbon version. Both versions have completely removable and washable interiors, including the padding of the closure strap, double-ring closure buckle and provision for mounting the most common communication systems, thanks to the seats present for speakers and microphone.

The suggested retail prices are respectively 299,99 euros (VAT included) for the tricomposite fiber versions (Kevlar-Carbon-Glass) and 379,99 euros (VAT included) for the Full carbon version.
