Caberg Tourmax X 2023: the evolution of the first flip-up helmet for those who love adventure [PHOTO]

caberg, a company from Bergamo which with almost half a century of history in the production of helmets, presents the new Tourmax Tourmax, launched in 2014, the first flip-up helmet for the adventure segment.

Strengthened by a continuously growing range, as demonstrated by the 2023 collection presented on the occasion of the last edition of the Milan EICMA Show, Caberg offers a range of helmets which, alongside stylistic and technological innovations, combines an important upgrade in terms of safety and comfort thanks to achieve the new one ECE 22.06 homologation obtained from most models in the range. 

Tourmax X: the characteristics

The new helmet Tourmax, designed for owners of maxi enduros and touring motorbikes who prefer to tackle long journeys not only on asphalt but also off-road, enjoys the double approval P / J which allows the motorcyclist to drive safely even with the chin guard raised. This helmet is also equipped with a peak that automatically moves closer to the visor when the chin guard is opened to significantly reduce air resistance. 

Compared to the previous version, the new Tourmax greater ventilation thanks to the two large aerators positioned on the chin guard and upper part of the shell. The internal part of the helmet is made with breathable and hypoallergenic fabric materials which are completely removable and washable. 

Double sun visor and Pro Speak Evo

On the accessories front, the Tourmax sun visor integrated with system Double Visor Tech, transparent on the outside and opaque on the inside, with double Pinlock lens that prevents fogging. The communication system can be housed inside the helmet Pro Speak Evo which allows you to communicate with your phone and with the passenger, as well as connect to a GPS and listen to music through your phone or an Mp3 player.
