ANLAS becomes the Official Supplier of FIM Speedway GP Tires

Event, an Italian company specializing in the production of tyres, has decided to dedicate itself to Speedway, a highly appreciated competition discipline that is gaining more and more popularity in Europe and around the world. This interest was born to stimulate us to improve our technical skills, to face the challenges imposed by the demanding and harsh conditions of Speedway racing and to help strengthen the Brand Awareness. The decision was made to design a new product and offer a new concept that guarantees optimal and safer performance.

This tire represents an important step forward regarding the safety and performance of Speedway products, especially thanks to the use of a tubeless technology. The tubeless feature improves overall safety. This design concept eliminates the inner tube, reduces overall weight and improves stability on the track. The “tubeless” design was developed to complement our tire with the Kineo Wheel. Being certain of our innovative and high-performance rubber wheel system, we decided to go on stage and play an active role in the Speedway to share the Anlas spirit throughout the world. Anlas, thanks to its 40 years of experience, has the competitive advantage of applying the tire boutique concept to production, packaging special "tailor-made" products for motorcyclists. Anlas was a pioneer by introducing a tire unique in the world such as the "Wintergrip Plus", the only lamellar winter tire for motorcycles with speed codes V and W with a "zero degree" carcass and technology. Determined for further success and to pursue ambitious goals, Anlas has decided to focus on “Speedway” a very attractive sporting discipline that is becoming increasingly popular. This project allowed Anlas to capitalize on its technical and innovation capabilities towards the severe challenge imposed by the very harsh conditions of use in Speedway racing.

The decision made was to design a new product with greater performance and greater safety rather than offering a traditional tyre. Through various stages of the development process lasting a year and a half, Anlas provides every driver with a tire that will make him happy and satisfied with its performance. The special compound and the innovative materials used in the tire ensure very rapid temperature entry and a constant level of rigidity in all seasonal conditions. The carcass structure has been designed to ensure high stability at high speeds. But the main step forward compared to other existing tires is related to safety thanks to the introduction of Tubeless technology. Tubeless technology eliminates all the problems associated with the use of the inner tube by reducing the total weight and allowing the tire to have almost perfect uniformity, giving greater stability in the race. The "tubeless" project was developed for our tire together with Kineo Wheel in order to optimize race performance.
