Scrambler Ducati, production begins in Borgo Panigale

Ducati Scrambler – The “yellow container” has returned to Ducati. After the presentation to the employees, the Ducati Scrambler returns to Borgo Panigale to begin its production.

Sharing with employees the release of the first motorbike for each single production is a custom for Ducati, but this Scrambler one has a different and particular meaning and fully reflects the spirit of “Land of Joy” which is characterizing this new brand. To welcome the first motorbike at the end of the line, in addition to the entire team that followed its development and the workers and technicians, there was also Claudio Domenicali, CEO of Ducati Motor Holding, together with Silvano Fini, director of the Borgo Panigale factory. “This first bike has a particular meaning for all of us. The Scrambler brand brings a breath of freshness and joy to our dealers, "The Land of Joy", with a product that combines modernity and heritage in a mix never seen before in the world of two wheels, of which we are all particularly happy and extremely proud ”, commented Claudio Domenicali during the presentation of the Scrambler.

The start of production of the Ducati Scrambler was also an opportunity to communicate the names of the two winners of the competition announced last June 9th which sought, within the company, the two testimonials of the new advertising campaign, the new ones “Franco and Elvira”, the two Ducati employees protagonists of the Scrambler advertising campaign of the 70s. I am Stefano Rendina and Federica Forlani the new faces that will identify the new motorcycle, chosen directly by the employees and intended to bear witness to the freshness, novelty and joy of this new Ducati brand.

The Ducati Scrambler will arrive at dealers at the end of January in the Icon version, starting from 8.240 € ex-dealer.
