Zec00, here is the new "sci-fi" electric motorcycle

Zec00 – The new Zec00 is every child's forbidden dream. Unlike most other electric motorcycles, the Zec00 uses an engine from Californian Zero Motorcycles, with proven technology that is readily available and, above all, works. In short, we are talking about an electric motorcycle that is much more than a simple concept.

With his extravagant appearance, the Zec00 electric motorcycle features a central steering mechanism and a double vertical frame designed to accommodate the weight of the battery which allows the rider to maintain steering ability without changing their posture. The Zec00 isn't too slow either with a claimed top speed of 155km/h and 144Nm of torque. Furthermore, it offers a lot in terms of daily usability with an estimated battery life of 159 km, which should comfortably allow us to take a medium-length trip. To recharge the battery requires four hours with a 200 volt outlet, while it will take eight if you are unlucky enough to have to use a 100 volt one.

Each Zec00 it is handmade and can be customized according to the needs of each individual customer, with a total limited production of only 49 specimens. This new electric motorcycle will have a hefty starting price of 8.880.000 yen, approximately 66.000 euros at the current exchange rate. So you'll need pretty deep pockets if you're going to buy one.
