Zard: presented a new complete exhaust system for Triumph Tiger Sport 660

Officine Italiane Zard offers a new complete exhaust system for the Triumph Tiger Sport 660 powered by a three-cylinder engine.

The new exhaust system

A solution available and orderable on the Zard portal. Bearing in mind the experience acquired in the development of the system dedicated to Triumph Trident 660, the Piedmontese specialist was interested in this platform to define a product aimed at the Tiger Sport 660.


A system with aesthetics also associated with improved performance. In the non-homologated racing variant, according to information, with the new exhaust for Triumph Tiger Sport 660 you get 5,9 horses and the weight is 3,6 Kg, 4,5 kg less than the original system.

The new system is characterized by a Complete kit consisting of formed manifolds and silencer, located below the engine. Together with the weight reduction, this choice favors a functional centralization of the masses. You can also see a carbon fiber end cap and the logo of the Piedmontese specialist, laser-embossed on the body of the silencer.

The exhaust can be configured by choosing between various options: a first choice between one approved version in light of the legislation Euro 5 and racing variant without approval and with Removable dB-Killer.

Proposals then three finishes for the silencer body, opting between a classic stainless steel, stainless steel with a black satin finish or titanium. All variants of the silencer can be declined in the Euro 5 approved version and in the non-approved racing version.
