Yamaha Yard Built – The Yamaha Yard Built family of builders and motorcycles took to the winding roads of Southern Europe to participate in the annual event “Wheels & Waves” in Biarritz. The annual gathering on the Atlantic coast sees thousands of enthusiasts gather to enjoy it to the fullest the custom world, without forgetting to go for a surf in what is considered a surfer's paradise. And that's not all. Other custom bikes will also join in to shine and show off, like the Yard Built motorbikes.

For the 2015 edition of Wheels & Waves, Yamaha will bring a series of new Yard Builts, among which, in particular, the public present will notice a splendid concept motorbike built by legendary Japanese Shinya Kimura, the “Faster Son”. Kimura's collaboration with Yamaha is the realization of the Japanese manufacturer's philosophy that motorcycles must pay a "pledge", in terms of respect, to the icons of the past, while still showcasing the most recent technologies linked to the world of two wheels and in this case linked to the motto, we like to drive.

To start the event in style, the selected builders traveled several kilometers in the south of France aboard their Yard Builts to reach Biarritz from several European countries. Deus Ex Machina from Italy, the Danish builders from Wrenchmonkees, some travelers from France and the expert Spanish customizers from Matt Black. The Builder “Faster Son” Shinya Kimura, however, left for the occasion from the United Kingdom.

Wheels & Waves 2015, which started yesterday in Biarritz, will end on June 14th.
