They were made by Wrenchmonkees and Moto di Ferro

Yamaha XSR900 – Two new chapters are added to Yamaha's Yard Built story. And they are born from the hand of Wrenchmonkees and Moto Di Ferro. It is not the first time that the Iwata company has collaborated with the Danish Wrenchmonkees. Today comes a new Yard Built, created based on the Faster Sons XSR 900. The Monkeebeast. A motorcycle made in black, a color that distinguishes all the models created by Scandinavian bike makers. This new Yard Built cleverly stands out from the others due to its captivating line, its competitive character and its incredible versatility.

The versatile character of the. The rear end is enriched by a K-Tech shock absorber, Gilles Tooling chain tensioner, TRW steel braided brake lines. The riding position has been modified thanks to the introduction of a solo seat by Wrenchmonkees, the rearset rider footrests are by Gilles Tooling, the Magura handlebars and the Bitwell Renegade grips. The front braking system has been improved through the use of a Nissin radial master cylinder and steel braided lines. Motogadget electrical blocks make instrumentation essential. The MT-03's front headlight and rear lights, both LED, immediately catch the eye. The roaring SC Project exhaust is the final part of a modified MT system. The truly special look is completed by the aluminum rear mudguard, a unique example, the front mudguard and the engine protection. The powder-coated fenders, engine guards and tank cover complete the design of this new Yard Built, for an almost "animal" vehicle ready to shoot.

On the XV950 basis, the "Speed Iron" was born, a sublime Café Racer with essential and light lines, which does not lose the excellent chassis and driving style that distinguishes the series model. As always Moto di Ferro respects the essence of the original model. The work began with the variation of the rear axle with the aim of obtaining a more homogeneous line: the original frame, lower at the back, has in fact undergone a modification to allow the positioning of a new CNC machined aluminum tailpiece machined from solid, designed by Marco himself and inserted in a horizontal position. The minimal saddle now rests on it, made of black leather and visible stitching. The original tank has been replaced by a smaller and lighter 7-litre aluminum tank in metal color (as well as the side panels) and embellished with the famous Yamaha speedblock graphics and the Acewell speedometer placed behind the half handlebars typical of a Cafè Racer which they give sportiness to the vehicle, but which have been positioned in such a way as to make driving comfortable. The traditional 52mm fork, fully adjustable, is borrowed from the Yamaha VMAX muscle bike, at the end of which works a pair of 6-piston radial-mount calipers that bite two 320mm Braking wave discs. The rims are 16 spokes (6 inches at the back and 3.50 at the front), with Metzeler ME 880 Marathon tires (200 at the rear and 130 at the front) to obtain a more aggressive appearance, but without losing handling. The 2 into 1 exhaust was designed specifically in collaboration with Arrow. The original air filter has been replaced with a truncated cone-shaped one bearing the Moto di Ferro emblem. Under the tail, where a pair of Ohlins shock absorbers could not be missing, the direction indicators are multifunctional and integrated with the position lights and the brake light. The front light is oval in shape and joins perfectly with the sinuous line of the entire vehicle.
