Yamaha VMAX Carbon – Yamaha VMAX celebrates its 30th anniversary with a special edition of its muscle bike.

Yamaha has decided to feature the new VMAX Carbon with an engine 4cc V1697, with the tank cover, fenders and side fairings in carbon fiber, as well as with the double exhaust Akrapovic. There will also be a new edition matt gray, which joins the already existing Power Black and Solar Black, and a series of new ones Yard Built, that is, specials created by the best customizers in the world, but replicable in your own garage thanks to the accessory kit made available by the Japanese brand. The VMAX carbon and matte gray edition will be available from early February at a price of 22.500 euros, substantially coinciding with that of the basic model before the repositioning.

To celebrate 30 years since the arrival of the original VMAX, it was 1985, Yamaha will strengthen its range Sports Heritage with the introduction of the exclusive VMAX Carbon. The special edition created by the Japanese brand “will offer exceptional value to those customers looking to own the most iconic musclebike ever built“. The first Yard Built will be built in Cologne, Germany by the manufacturer Jens vom Brauck, for him it is the first project of this kind, and will be inspired by a 80s look. Jens will transform Iwata's muscular bike into a bare-bones special that combines the most advanced materials with a custom touch. The other Yard Built models were commissioned by Yamaha from other manufacturers around the world and will be delivered between June and September 2015.
