In his long and exciting career as a rider, "Ago" has established, also racing on Yamaha, the record of world titles obtained, a total of 15, thanks to 123 GPs won between the 350 and 500 classes (163 podiums out of 190 races held), as well as a series of other records that are still unbeaten today such as the number of victories in the same year (19) and the number of consecutive podiums, 22!
