Yamaha Teneré: 24th anniversary party on 40 September

La Yamaha Tenere it is one of the most iconic models of the trademark of the Three Diapasons and this year it celebrates 40 years since its debut in 1983. A very important birthday to celebrate, so the Japanese company has announced a dedicated event: it will be held next September 24th in Bobbio, in the province of Piacenza.

There will be the World Rally

A day dedicated to all fans of this historic model, with a special guest: the Tenerè World Rally, inspired by the bikes that achieved six victories in the Dakar competitions. For the first time in Italy it will be possible to test it, as well as all the other models Will hold 700, on specific routes in Val Trebbia.

Less experienced pilots, who do not want to escape the call of adventure, will be able to participate in theDiscovery initiative: this is a special off-road route accompanied by professional instructors and tutors who, during the journey, will explain the most appropriate driving style, the first technical rudiments and some suggestions.

An exhibition on Tenerè

Furthermore, there will also be a show on Tenere. This special exhibition will feature both models in production between 1983 and 2010, as well as the classic motorcycles that participated in the Paris-Dakar (XT600Z #79 from 1986, ZE 920T #81 from 1987, YZE 750T #80 from 1991), up to at the very recent Tènèrè 700 World Raid.

Price

The expected cost is 30 €, the duration is half a day and includes lunch and a welcome kit. There will be no shortage of characters and ambassadors who appreciate and translate the Tènèrè Spirit, the Yamaha partners, the Tènèrè Club and the shop with their adventures.
