The range of Yamaha Tenere 700 is embellished with the introduction of two further models: Ténéré 700 Extreme Edition e Ténéré 700 Explore Edition.

Two more new features for 2023

Introduced in 2019, the exemplary Yamaha Tenere 700 it is one of the best-known models in the Adventure segment. A motorcycle equipped with a versatile frame, robust suspension and powered by a 2 cc Yamaha CP690 engine that transmits full-bodied and linear torque. Over 40.000 units have been sold in Europe.
As mentioned, the proposal is enriched by the inclusion of two new variants: Ténéré 700 Extreme Edition e Ténéré 700 Explore Edition available in shades icon blue e Tech Camo.
The first presents several peculiar characteristics, starting from the enduro-style front mudguard in the same color and a height from the ground of 260 millimetres, 20 mm higher than the Ténéré 700 example. Among the other highlighted aspects, it also features protection for the aluminum radiator and chain guide and there is also an optional 5-inch TFT display with three themes and a "Rally roadbook" style screen.
The saddle is flat and ergonomic, given the addition of sponge for a further 20 mm, reaching a height of 910 mm. Furthermore, the titanium footrests for the rider provide high grip with a 35% increase in support surface.
The bike features a KYB front fork with 43 mm Kashima treatment and the wheel travel is 230 mm, 20 mm more than the Ténéré 700. The rear KYB piggyback mono is fully adjustable and also in this case the wheel travel wheel is 20 mm higher than that of the Ténéré 700, reaching 220 mm.
In short, a motorcycle for riders looking for a vehicle that transmits high performance in demanding off-road activities.

The second novelty, then, is a motorbike equipped with a windshield with a surface area increased by 50% for superior protection and features a frame for side bags as standard with the opportunity to select original rigid or soft Yamaha side bags, which can be purchased separately . The motorbike is equipped with a quick shifter and the saddle is placed at a low height of 860 mm to allow the motorcyclist to get on more easily. A figure 15 mm lower in comparison with the Ténéré 700. Among the contents we also highlight a 43 mm KYB fork and a wheel travel of 190 mm and a remotely adjustable mono rear with a wheel travel of 180 mm In both cases the values ​​are reduced by 20 mm compared to the aforementioned Ténéré 700. This is a model aimed at enthusiasts who love to travel long distances on two wheels.
