Present in the context of Italian Motorally Championship, the second edition of Ténéré Challenge kicks off with the first stage in Graffignano, in the Viterbo area, scheduled for 9 e 10 April 2022.

Over 50 Yamaha riders in the first event, ready to sprint aboard specimens Tenére 700, alongside the Official Yamaha VMoto Team with multiple champion Alessandro Botturi and his Team Mate Niccolò Pietribiasi, in this role after the success of the 2021 Ténéré Challenge.
During the Ténéré Challenge the drivers of the classes are rewarded GPX e PRO at the end of the various appointments. After the first weekend, the next stage is scheduled in the next few days 6 e 8st May ad Olbia, in Sardinia.
The new experience will still be fueled by passion and desire to compete, with various participants in different classes considering non-professionals in GPX on a specifically mapped out route; therefore a PRO class for professionals. For these, navigation involves the use of a traditional roadbook, aiming for the podium in the general classification and the success of the Italian title. There will also be a special Challenge ranking with various prizes up for grabs, as indicated.
The protagonists of the event in the Viterbo area are welcomed in blue Yamaha Racing paddock, where the staff acts as a reference and support as needed.
This edition will also see the debut of the Ténéré Discovery Experience which concerns enthusiasts interested in making contact with this experience. A more accessible route has been designed for them, tackled in the presence of an expert guide, to help them learn the notions regarding off-road driving and navigation.
