Yamaha Motor: eyes on the 2021 Swank Rally

yamaha Motor is among the protagonists present at the next edition of Swank Rally by Deus EX Machina and Adventure Riding, a challenge scheduled in Sardinia twigs September 28th al 2 October 2021.

The protagonists riding specimens Yamaha they will talk during the stops, telling their sensations, the most interesting anecdotes and we will also talk about Ténéré 700, the other protagonist during this event. Also highlighted are Dunlop and Garmin partners. The first will make available D908RR tyres, road approved and designed for two-wheeled models that tackle Rally Raid and Cross Country competitions. The second offers the Montana 700 satellite, a functional system characterized by a large screen, fast satellite reception through a Quad-Helix antenna, integrated TopoActive Europe topographic mapping and longer battery life with the exclusive Expedition mode.
The Yamaha team includes the winners of the Ténéré Challenge - PRO category, led on this occasion by multiple champion Alessandro Botturi, who will also provide useful suggestions on how to set up the race, aiming for the top of the rankings.
While the winners of the Ténéré Challenge - GPX category, as well as those who won the Alps Tourist Throphy, will be able to count on the experience of Franco Picco, driving the non-competitive Swank Experience. The well-known driver with a prestigious track record in international rally raids appears as the "ace in the hole" in the expedition to Sardinia. Among the protagonists also the ski world champion and Swank Rally veteran Giorgio Rocca, once again riding a Ténéré example. Furthermore, the ambassador of the Adventure segment Simone Zignoli is present as an assistant to the team, working in the organization of bivouacs and relaxation areas.
