Yamaha Motor Italia, new BYE Iwata 2010 helmet

Yamaha Motor Italia, a manufacturer which, in addition to a wide range of motorcycles, also combines accessories for riding on two wheels within its product list, presents a new type of helmet, defined as Iwata 2010, new product of the year within from the BYE family, the line of helmets from the house of the three tuning forks, expressly dedicated to two-wheel enthusiasts.

The Iwata model takes its name from a Japanese city of the same name, where Yamaha Motor Company was founded and still has its headquarters today and seems to be strongly seduced by the concept of "KANDO", Japanese terminology which identifies profound satisfaction and intense emotion and pleasant that you hear when you see something exclusive, particularly enchanting and satisfying.

The Japanese ideograms that identify the Italian/European terms "Kando" and Yamaha Motor are present on the surface of the graphics of the new BYE Iwata 2010: the helmet is available in both the full-face and jet versions and represents a notable evolution in terms of functionality and aesthetics within the BYE line, levels achieved through constant research and development carried out by Yamaha on shells, materials and design.

Iwata seems to be the ideal helmet for all motorcyclist enthusiasts who are looking for a safe but comfortable device, technologically advanced and characterized by an eye-catching, sporty and, if you like, fashionable pencil.

The full version of the new Iwata 2010, available in white with a black and red central band, is characterized by a double density painted resin shell. The interior is antibacterial, breathable and hypoallergenic, equipped with removable pillows and a double D-ring closure.

The jet version, however, available in white and black, matt or glossy, and characterized by the Japanese flag and Japanese ideograms, is made with a resin shell painted with decorations, with double density padding, with antibacterial internal fabric , breathable and hypoallergenic, colored to match, and with an opening system with quick release button.

Both models are available in two different shell sizes: the small, dedicated to sizes XS, S and M, and the large, dedicated to sizes L, XL and XXL.

With transparent anti-scratch visor as standard (also available in smoke and black), the full-face and jet BYE Iwata 2010 are sold to the public exclusively at official Yamaha Motor Italia dealerships, priced - VAT included - €365 (the first) and €105 (The second one).
