Yamaha , in addition to scooters and motorbikes, is active in the interesting market of e-bike. The Japanese brand develops and supplies systems related to this sector, which in recent years has seen ever-increasing attention in European context.

As indicated on the occasion, from 1 July 2020 Yamaha Motor Europe NV will be responsible for the distribution of OEM e-Bike systems (Original Equipment Manufacture) for the European market, allowing Yamaha Motor to provide more effective support to OEM partners from its European headquarters in Amsterdam.
Until now the supply came from Yamaha Motor Co. Ltd. in Japan, but given the growing demand and the evolution of the sector in Europe, it was decided for greater proximity as well as a rapid response to the demands of the continental market.
Since July, therefore, Yamaha Motor Europe NV has been directly involved with the various entities interested in engines EPAC (Electrically Power Assisted Cycles) Yamaha in Europe, providing updates to the entire supply chain of e-bike solutions, including various associated aspects.
EPAC Powered by Yamaha customers will therefore be advised to interface with local retailers and they will communicate with the various manufacturers, who in turn are in contact with Yamaha Motor Europe NV for the various needs, as reported.
