World Ducati Week – The most awaited weekend of the summer will be the one from 1st to 3rd July, with the World Ducati Week, the biennial gathering of all the fans of the world of motorcycles in Borgo Panigale, hosted at the Misano World Circuit.

The party coincides with i 90 years of Ducati. Meanwhile, in July, the new Pagani factory arrives in San Cesario sul Panaro (Modena), a 6.000 square meter plant where the most modern technologies on composite materials will coexist with artisan tradition. A museum will also be inaugurated next to the factory. Two stages of the Superbike World Championship will be hosted in Emilia-Romagna: on the weekend of 29 April-1 May Davis (Ducati), Sykes (Kawasaki), Hayden (Honda) and his teammates will battle on the Imola circuit, while on the weekend of 17-19 June the SBK riders will compete at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli in Misano Adriatico.

Around one million euros in two years for the promotion, an association that brings together all the two- and four-wheel manufacturers of Emilia-Romagna, a new logo, a new website (www.motorvalley.com) and 25.000 map maps copies. Thus, the Motor Valley launches itself with even more vigor into the international tourist market. Because, in the area, there are not only Maseratis and Dallaras, factories and museums (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Ducati), not only annual motoring events, but also the celebrations of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Ferruccio Lamborghini, the 50th anniversary of the Lamborghini Miura, the 90th anniversary of Ducati. This is the reason why the Emilia-Romagna Region wanted to adopt this strategy, making the Motor Valley one of the strategic assets for tourism promotion in the coming years.
