At Ducati, the organizational machine is working tirelessly to best welcome the tens of thousands of visitors who will flock to the Misano World Circuit “Marco Simoncelli” from 1 to 3 July. Pre-sales and ticket reservations continue to confirm the great anticipation for this 9th edition of the World Ducati Week 2016 and there are truly many activities and surprises planned for Ducati fans and enthusiasts. Among the latter there is an area completely dedicated to the cruiser world and the new XDiavel. The original world that characterizes this motorbike will have its own dedicated space, where you can live a unique experience in pure "XDiavel lifestyle" with many activities set in this specific area of ​​the paddock with the possibility of test riding the motorbike, being able to test it on the roads surrounding the Misano World Circuit “Marco Simoncelli”.

After the success in past editions, Ducati University returns to World Ducati Week 2016. A true full-immersion in the technology of Ducati motorcycles and in the world that characterizes them. A series of seminars held by Ducati and Ducati Corse technical staff will be offered to delve deeper into fundamental topics with specific courses. On the occasion of the important anniversary of the company's 90th anniversary, Ducati University will also propose a series of meetings on the history of the "red cars of Borgo Panigale", both racing and road, which have characterized motorcycling from the post-war period to today. To demonstrate its great commitment to sustainability, for the 9th edition of the WDW Ducati requested certification according to the ISO 20121 standard, the international management standard for the sustainable organization of events born in 2012 and made official for the first time on the occasion of the London Olympic Games. The objective is to demonstrate how an event like WDW2016, capable of bringing together thousands of enthusiasts from all over the world, can also be an opportunity for balanced management from an economic, environmental and social point of view
