We.Together: an internal event organized by Audi and Ducati's commitment to inclusion

People's well-being is one of the topics considered by Ducati, avoiding any form of discrimination. For the company, diversity represents a resource, strengthening the sense of belonging of each employee and encouraging the sharing of respective experiences and individual development. The European Month of Diversity represents an anniversary dedicated to integration, openness and respect towards diversity in every area. We.Together it is an internal event organized by Audi on the topic, in collaboration with the international network of which Ducati is part together with Bentley, Italdesign and Lamborghini.

The initiative

Ducati participates in the event. It's about 78 interactive sessions including panels, keynotes and networking moments for a total of 65 hours of open dialogue, in 9 languages, on the topics of diversity and inclusion.
An initiative carried out with dedication, considering the richness of diversity that leads to value and innovation. 

Through We.Together, the employees of the Group members can get in touch with each other and learn about the connection that binds them. Everyone can take part in it firsthand, show their respective uniqueness and provide ideas to contribute to inclusion.
