Wayel E-bit S, the electric bike that folds into a suitcase

One of the biggest problems with bicycles is their size. Especially in the city, it is not always possible to take your faithful two-wheeler with you, perhaps because before arriving in a place where it makes sense to use it, you need to travel on a motorway or in any case a particularly long route. As long as you have a station wagon at your disposal, it's one thing, but if we're already talking about a commuter who lives outside the large urban centres, but works right there, and for this reason has purchased a city car, the problem presents itself in all its Force. That's why the Wayel, a Bolognese company specializing in electric mobility, presented its new E-bit S a bicycle with electric motor capable of folding on itself and fitting perfectly into a comfortable trolley with wheels, which can be stowed even in the least generous trunk.

The name of the bicycle itself refers to its functionality. E-bit, in fact, means E-bike In Trolley and thanks to his weight of just 13,4 kg you can always keep it with you. Think about it, you could even take it with you on the plane during a trip and use it as soon as you land at your destination. A vehicle designed both for those who travel a lot for work and want to avoid parking problems, and for those who enjoy a nice ride on holiday. Thanks to 250 W motor mounted on the rear wheel it will be possible to easily overcome any obstacle without worrying too much. Furthermore, a “soft start"Which allows you to leave without pedaling up to a speed of 6 km/h. Three different battery sizes are available depending on use, with the smallest of which (6 Ah) is already capable of guaranteeing up to 46 km of autonomy on its own, thanks in particular to the software by ESEB energy management, owner of Wayel. Furthermore, the choice of various battery models allows you to better manage the price of the bicycle itself. This is made with a durable aluminum frame and is available in five different colors (silver, white, satin blue, black, gold).

La Wayel E-bit S is available at list price of €900, to which the cost of the battery must be added, available in the Small variants (6 Ah-25,2 V) at €290, Small Plus (9 Ah-25,2 V) at €380 and finally Medium (12,5 Ah-25,2 V) at €450.
