The company Vmoto Limited, specialized in the development of electric vehicles, reports through a press release a continuous increase at an international level, predicting the achievement of a net profit (net profit after tax NPAT) between 7,5 and 7,8 million dollars for FY21, the results conclusive are subject to independent completion and review. A notable increase on the FY20 NPAT of $3,7 million and the largest net profit ever achieved, as reported.

The company has launched the new premium brand “VMOTO”, aiming to create high quality products, considering Australia, Europe and the United States. The new premium brand was designed to position this company at the forefront of electric mobility. A brand owned by the company to complete its strategic global expansion plans.
Among the most recent innovations stand out: Vmoto "Stash", the first model of the Vmoto premium B2C product series and the "Concept F01", the new Vmoto Fleet product for the B2B panorama.

During FY21, Vmoto's objectives were highlighted in the press release:
– Record NPAT expected for the year ended December 31, 2021, the highest since Vmoto was founded
– Over 30.000 units sold in Europe in FY21, a significant increase compared to 23.547 units sold in FY20
– Positive operating cash flow for FY21
– Strong cash availability and total absence of bank debt as of 31 December 2021
– Strong increase in the number of international B2C distributors, reaching a total of 58 distributors in 62 countries
– Strong increase in B2B operations, capitalizing on the growing popularity of “last mile” delivery services and ride-sharing services
– Launch of the new premium Vmoto brand and associated new products
