Vespamorino created by Walter Tosto: a unique example that recalls Italian creativity

Colors and characterizing details. Vespamorino is an exclusive creation designed by the motorcycle division of Walter Tosto Spa.

The specimen

A single example for a single owner. A personalized gift delivered during the month of August. A tribute to a customer who appreciates Italy and the creativity of this country, from what has emerged.
The realization of Vespamorino involved the Walter Tosto Spa motorcycle department and over 25 enthusiasts including designers, planners, turners, bodybuilders, including specialists from partner companies, for approximately 1600 hours of study and 1600 hours of development. An unprecedented one Vespa 300 Gts Sport with peculiar and highly distinctive characteristics.

Art and artisanal experience

La white tint combined with Vespamorino highlights others contrasting colours of the details. Starting from the front area characterized by the tricolor scheme, which recalls the Italian flag. Also highlighted perforated wheels with rims entirely redefined and machined from solid, without the use of welding. Made from a single 30 kilogram block of metal and using manufacturing procedures deriving from the industrial experience of Walter Tosto Spa. The circles are placed in ovens for the heat treatment of metals and, after the phases and finishes, measure approximately one tenth of the original weight. Specifically 3.75 kilograms each.

Footrest and body panels are milled into Wood, including those hosting the audio system. There are two speakers integrated in the historic position of the car radio, near the glove compartment. The engraved plaque bearing a personal dedication in English and intended for the owner is also made of wood: “exclusive like every Italian work of art, elegant like its pilot, timeless like our friendship”. The saddle is developed and woven by hand as well as molded to measure.
