Wasp, a name and a lively universe for colours, details and technique. From the new one Electric Vespa, passing through the versions Spring, also proposed in the exclusive and limited signed version Sean Wotherspoon, therefore the lively ones Sprint e GTS Super Racing Sixties.

Vespa Elettrica 70 km / h

Next to the first Electric Vespa approved as a moped for urban use with speed limited to 45 km/h, a new specimen is introduced that can reach i 70 km/h. The style remains peculiar, refined, elegant but also technological, made with a steel body and enriched by the peculiar friezes of the "tie", perimeter profile, "Electrica" ​​plate as well as the saddle trim and the edges of the wheels available in six different colors by opting for Electric Blue which is already standard on Vespa Elettrica, then Boreale Green, Lightning Yellow, Chrome, Deep Black and Smoke Grey.
On the 70 km/h Vespa Elettrica there are finishes in Giallo Lampo and also in Azzurro Elettrico, Cromo and Nero Profondo. In addition to the power unit, the technological touches include a 4,3-inch color TFT display and the Vespa MIA multimedia system. There are also various accessories to match the model. Other distinctive aspects of the new Vespa Elettrica include red details which include friezes on the cover of the Power Unit and on the "Elettrica" ​​plate, then the front shock absorber spring.
Still approved as a motorcycle, the new version is the result of a "general optimization of all the components: Power Unit, Vehicle Management System and battery pack", taking up the indications. Although reaching 70 km/h in this case, a maximum range of up to 100 km is still indicated, whereas in Power mode the figure amounts to 70 km. The dimensions and weight of the battery remain the same, but the internal changes allow a higher continuous thrust, thanks also to what has been done on the management software, as reported.

The new Spring

The new Vespa Primavera Sean Wotherspoon in a limited series it represents a hymn to creativity, signed by the young American designer. A mix of colours, details, connotative materials, which express a "vintage-contemporary" style. A version available in 2020 in selected sales outlets and in different engine sizes 50, 125 and 150 cc.
The color combinations harken back to the 80s. A cascade of colors ranging from yellow, to red, to dark green and aqua that cover the livery. Half enriched in turn by white or dark details and chrome finishes. The materials present are also varied, ranging from plastic to metal, from rubber to velvet, such as the light brown ribbed one used for the saddle. The body remains in steel, as tradition.
It is also new Vespa Primavera 125 (RED), protagonist of the renewed partnership between the Piaggio Group and the brand (RED) committed to fighting AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis. A vehicle available with a new 125 cc Euro 5 engine. A special model distinguishable by the Red (RED) connotative which also covers the rims and by the Vespa (RED) logo next to the Piaggio Group "shield", visible on the front tie. The saddle, then, is developed with red nubuck taken from the Vespa 946, again taking up the information.

Vespa Sprint and GTS Super Racing Sixties

The sporting side of the Vespa, also recalling the competitions of the 60s, is summarized by the Vespa Sprint e Vespa GTS Super Racing Sixties, with new yellow and red graphics linked to green and white shades, moving from the Sprint 50, 125 and 150 cc models to the GTS Super 125 and 300 cc variants. Coordinated garments and helmets have also been developed, created drawing inspiration from the aforementioned graphics, as reported.
Evocative colors such as yellow and green, or red and white, therefore essential graphic aspects, details in matt black, wheel rims in golden paint and new elements such as a saddle made of “velvety PVC coated nubuck” considering possible bad weather, embellished with artisan style stitching. Two visions of refined sportiness opting for a more classic choice, leaning towards the yellow and green combination or a more lively expressiveness, with the contrast between red and white.
