Vespa Gtv: a renewed vision of the past, innovation and sportiness [PHOTO]

The new Vespa GT It presents a redefined and sporty look, retaining some details that link it to tradition, combined with functional technological equipment. It represents a symbiosis between iconic elements of the brand and contemporary liveliness.

Sporty style

The aesthetics have evolved from a sporting point of view, already considering the work done with the new Gts range. The model is coated with a coloring Matt Enveloping Beige, enriched by orange graphics contrasting along the sides. The black finishes are also characteristic, observing the support and the frame of the instruments, the rear-view mirrors, the frame of the low headlight and the rear light cluster, the perimeter profile of the body, the handle, the passenger footrests and the silencer cover. .
The light clusters are full-LED including the aforementioned low lighthouse and the new instrumentation, while remaining circular in shape, is now entirely digital and allows the use of the functions linked to the Vespa MIA connectivity system, proposed as an accessory.
The instrumentation is anchored to the handlebars via a cantilever support and there is also a small fairing, which reinforces the sporty image of the model embellished with three horizontal slits and covered in an orange shade. The same color of the graphics and contrasting details.
The traditional "tie" with side slits and orange friezes is visible on the shield. Another characterizing aspect is the two-tone saddle which can take on a single-seater configuration by covering the rear area with a rigid cover in the same color as the bodywork, which recalls the typical profile of racing Vespas. The cover is proposed as an accessory and is removable. The saddle is approved for two seats characterized by a technical pattern and horizontal heat sealing with an orange stitching.
It is also new five-spoke design of the wheel rims, characterized by a orange graphics on the canal and painted in matte black.

Technological solutions

As mentioned, the introduction of a new LCD digital instrumentation allows you to view notifications regarding calls, messages and music along with the various usage information during the journeys, if connected to the smartphone with the VESPA MIA system offered as an accessory. Equally functional is the keyless system, being able to start the vehicle without having to insert a key. On the back of the shield, instead of the ignition switch with lock, there is a knob. The engine can always be started by pressing the button located on the right-hand instrument block.
As standard, there is a USB port inside the drawer in the back of the shield and the under-seat compartment, illuminated by a courtesy light, features a mat.
Among the systems are mentioned as standard ABS and electronic traction control ASR.

Motor

The propulsive heart is a single cylinder 300 hpe, High Performance Engine, with electronic injection, 4-valve distribution and liquid cooling. We report a power of 23,8 horses (17,5kW).
