Velocifero Jump: production of the electric model begins

Production of the electric motorcycle begins Jump signed Speedifer, a reality animated by the talented Alessandro Tartarini. An example characterized by a futuristic style and compact dimensions.

The new Jump will appear together with other news from Speedifer to the next edition of EICMA, the International Two Wheel Exhibition scheduled between 8 and 13 November at Rho Fiera Milano. The price will also be communicated on this occasion.
The specimen is made in yellow, red and black colors that cover its compact shapes. The length extends for 1.830 millimeters and the weight reaches i 90 kg, according to information.
From an aesthetic point of view, always keeping functionality in mind, a frame made of high-strength steel tubes stands out. The appearance is completed by bodywork parts that define the overall appearance and perform, in this case too, a safety and protection function.
It presents instrumentation consisting of a dashboard 5,5 inches with technology TFT and it is possible to choose between three driving maps, the eco, comfort and sport+ programmes.
The suspension part consists of an upside down fork and a swingarm with a single hydraulic shock absorber, characterized by a pro link system. The braking system includes discs 220 mm in diameter on both wheels which are from 12 inches and fit large tyres. A detail that allows the example to appear proportionate and distinguishable in the panorama of electric models designed for urban mobility.
Ergonomics are highlighted which also take into account taller motorcyclists, despite the compactness of the project. The motorcycle also features a lithium ion battery with capacity of 2808 Wh, whose weight amounts to 20 kg, which operates at 72 V and can be recharged at 84 V DC via a 100-240 V AC charger connected to a household socket. According to the information, the absorbed current is 10 A, compatible with domestic energy supply contracts and the estimated charging time is 4-5 hours. An autonomy of 85 km at a constant speed of 45 km/h is reported. Consumption and autonomy vary based on the driving style and the selected riding mode, as mentioned.
The power of the electric motor is 3 kW, with a peak at 5 kW, and is powered by 84 V. The couple reaches a peak of 175 NmFinally, the transmission is automatic.
