The system

It is a wearable garment, characterized by an essential design made up of linear features and made with materials taken care of in every aspect, making it practical for daily use.
Versatility is also linked to the availability of opting for a vest or a jacket whose low weight is another functional aspect for comfort. The weight of the vest in size L is 1.950 grams, in the case of the jacket we are even talking about 2.620 grams, a value comparable to that of a jacket equipped with protections.

The exterior is developed in Taslan nylon, with mass containment in mind, with 500D Oxford nylon in the most exposed areas to resist any abrasion. There is also a 3D mesh lining to facilitate ventilation, furthermore the sides are equipped with extended and elasticized surfaces. A transparent window on the back allows the LED to be turned on and monitored In&box control unit, the technological brain of the system, also highlighting the technological style of this creation. Comfort is also favored by a padded neoprene neck area and there are also two front pockets. The sleeves are then equipped with adjustments at the height of the biceps and wrist.

This CE certified motorcycle vest in class C Oversuit is equipped with resistance characteristics that allow it to be worn safely over and under the jacket. It features a CE EN 1621-Level 1 back protector for further spinal protection even in situations where the algorithm does not provide for the activation of the system.
Airscud also features a patented Arm Link system through which it is possible to add sleeves to the vest. In just a few seconds, Airscud becomes a CE certified motorcycle jacket with CE – EN3 Level 5 certified D1621O® T1 EVO To allow its use in different seasons, Airscud was developed with waterproof and breathable materials that make it "water resistant".

Among the highlighted aspects is also the artificial intelligence developed by the French company In&motion Airbags, to achieve the highest protection. The technological brain resides in the In&box control unit. With the presence of seven sensors, including three accelerometers, three gyroscopes and a GPS, the algorithm measures the usage parameters a thousand times per second and, if necessary, allows very rapid action in less than 60 milliseconds. The system detects the risk and completes the inflation of the airbag, including the vital areas: chest, abdomen, neck and spine.

Through the In&box, which can be activated by renting or purchasing the control unit, with various formulas starting from 10 euros per month, the Airscud is always connected for the collection and analysis of numerous data to improve the airbag activation algorithms and make new updated versions available.
Various algorithms are available that optimize the action, based on the conditions of use: Street for those who use two-wheeled vehicles every day; Adventure for off-road experiences and Track for track days. Simply change the use mode via the In&motion app.
