The fourth edition has started

The first two 60-minute "mini-endurance" races of the new season were held over the weekend Moto Guzzi Fast Endurance Trophy. In the races held atVallelunga racetrack, on the track near Rome, there was also the track debut of the new one Moto Guzzi V7 prepared for the Trofeo, in action together with the proven racing variant of the Moto Guzzi V7III.

The first results

The start of a new edition with a large number of participants, 34 crews reported. In the first two races the team prevailed 598 Runs riding the new Moto Guzzi V7 prepared for the Trophy, while Garage 71 was the protagonist in the ranking dedicated to the teams competing with the 7 cc Moto Guzzi V750 III.
The first successes riding the "ottoemezzo" were achieved by the team made up of Emiliano Bellucci and Stefano Nari. The drivers, already fast in qualifying enough to obtain pole position with an average of 1'58"208, confirmed their affinity with the new racing V7 and the Vallelunga surface both in Saturday's event and in the following Sunday comparison. Their best result was 1'57”248, at an average speed of over 126 km/h. A faster result of more than 2 seconds per lap compared to the V7 III example.
Also highlighted were the Tulli Racing and Guaracing Factory Team 1 crews present in both races on the podium with reversed positions. The team formed by Alessandro Ioghà and Marco Leardini of Tulli Racing took second place in the first race, while in race 2 Gianfranco Rubini and Jacopo Rizzardi came second, also considering a penalty for the Tulli Racing duo due to speeding in the pit lane.

Moving on to the crews on Moto Guzzi V7 III, the Garage 71 team made up of Samuele Colonna and Dario Appella won both races, as mentioned, always finishing ahead of the Rapaci 1 formations made up of Mauro Rossignoli and Luca Fornasiero and the Repaci 2 formations made up of Pierluigi Begossi and Marco Mirenda.
The next appointment is scheduled for Cremona Circuit, another novelty of the season, the next one 17 July. On this occasion, a 90-minute "miniendurance" is scheduled, the longest of the season.
Subsequently there is another interesting novelty, the arrival at the circuit of Mugello the next August 28th. The grand finale is scheduled for Misano, another double race the days 15 e 16 October. The first of the two is at night.
The new Moto Guzzi V7 for the Trofeo is animated by a 850cc twin-cylinder engine It is equipped with GCorse Racing Kit and tires Pirelli Phantom Sportscomp RS.
