Moto Guzzi Fast Endurance Trophy 2020: a summary of the challenge for the title [VIDEO]

The rain, the wait, the start and the race towards the last finish line, after 90 minutes of adrenaline, dexterity, twists and turns. The final stage on the Misano track was also made interesting by the comparison between three teams, all tied at the top of the standings. Ultimately achieving a second place in the race and 82 points in the standings, the 117 Racing Team has conquered the Moto Guzzi Fast Endurance Trophy 2020.

Along with the fight at the top, the rain added that extra thrill in this contest between the 117 Racing Team, Stylecar Racing Team e Garage 71. The competition was already intense from the start and it was so even when the situation in the standings already seemed clearer, observing the pressing pace of the Guaracing Factory Team who, once he took the lead after the last driver change, crossed the finish line first on the Romagna asphalt. An outcome that underlined the unpredictability in this series, given that in five races there were as many winners. For Guaracing Factory Team it was also the first race victory in the Trophy, as reported.
Behind Guaracing Factory Team and 117 Racing Team the crew of International Circuit of Abruzzo. Another team that on this occasion showed interesting performances, such as the fastest lap in the race of 2'16”106.

A new rather intense challenge in the saddle Moto Guzzi V7III with GCorse Racing Kit and tires Pirelli Phantom SportsComp RS. Returning to the comparison for the top, the race of the other two contenders for the Trophy was compromised by a slip and a fall, as it turns out. The first after just ten minutes completely affected the performance of the Garage 71 team and the second the chances of success of the Stylecar Racing Team halfway through the race, with one of the team's standard bearers closely followed by their rival 117 Racing Team. In the end only a ninth place for Stylecar Racing Team, which came second in the general ranking with 73 points.
