A seventeen-year story, a new success to conquer. There are numerous members enrolled for the 2022 season KTM Enduro Trophy. There are already 300 riders registered for the five stages on the calendar, in view of a new competition starting on the weekend of 8, 9 and 10 April in Castiglion Fiorentino (AR).

A new edition

The considerable number of registered participants required a meticulous logistical study for each stage, also highlighting the nature of the event EXC range in the different two-stroke and four-stroke variations and the balance of the Enduro Trophy formula. Formula confirmed in 2022, characterized by a series of hard-fought classes, high-level organization and the competitive spirit typical of the series in interesting contexts.

There are also some new features in 2022, such as the official entry of the Metzeler brand with tires in different types and functional on all terrains and, to make it even more interesting to follow, together with the online publication format the results will also be published on the Whip Live App.
The new season starts from the Castiglion Fiorentino event, which will open from the afternoon of Friday 8 April with the distribution of the Welcome Kit in the KTM village area. Participants will be able to collect the race jerseys and accessories offered by KTM or partner companies. Also present in the kit is a WP Suspension voucher offered by Racing Service MDG, present in 2022 in all tests.

In the initial stage of Castiglion Fiorentino, we also note the welcome of the historic city group of flag-wavers on the afternoon of Saturday 9 April, anticipating the briefing in the square after two years of waiting.
A place in Valdichiana already known by enthusiasts, given that in recent years it has already hosted this Trophy several times.
The race lap from 70 km includes three special tests (2 Cross Tests and 1 Enduro Test) to be carried out twice. The Cross Tests are present a few kilometers from the town center and can be reached; therefore the Enduro Test begins and ends in the woods at the memorial stone commemorating Fabrizio Meoni. A ride characterized by only 5 km of asphalt with an interesting classic enduro route. The reconnaissance of the route is also entrusted in 2022 to Giovanni Sala, five-time World Champion.
After the race of Castiglione Fiorentino (AR) of 10th April, the season continues at Città di Castello (PG) the 24th April, Rivanazzano Terme (PV) the 29st May, Villagrande di Montecopiolo (RN) the 17 July and the ending is expected to Volterra (PI) the 9 October.
