Husqvarna Enduro Trophy: almost 150 participants in the last act of 2022

Saturday 8 e Sunday, October 9 the fifth stage of the Husqvarna Enduro Trophy in 2022. The final challenge of the season was hosted in Volterra, Tuscany, where almost 150 participants animated the competition for the awarding of titles in the different categories of this Trophy.

The final stage

A path of 70 km to repeat twice and with two time checks and three special tests, in particular two Cross Tests e an Enduro Test.
The organization, entrusted to MC Pomarance, MC Follonica and MC Volterra, allowed for an interesting race, followed live also via the Whip LIVE app, which allowed live monitoring of the 108 starters who had installed it. The match began on Sunday morning in a calm atmosphere, with the last points needed to win the 2022 titles up for grabs.

Alex Favari won in Top Class after a tough battle with his opponent of the season Filippo Colarusso. Just as the challenge in 125 between the winner Luca Maserati and his rival Alessandro Tosana was intense, although he was unable to take the title away from him. The same goes for the 250 2T where Matteo Bracco won against Luca Mamone, but he was unable to overtake him in the standings. Mattia Dodi stood out in the 300 class and Luca Grosso in the 250 4T, just as Gianni Ganozzi once again imposed himself in the 450 class. Lisa Baldin won in the women's class, while Angelo Tani won in the Iron class and Edoardo Molinari won in the Super Iron. Success in the Veteran 2T for Marcello Carini and in the Veteran 4T for Gabriele Giraldi. Finally, Simone Cini prevailed among the wild cards.
As reported, over 400 riders arrived in Volterra on this occasion, given the concomitance with the KTM Enduro Trophy and the GASGAS Enduro Trophy.
