Husqvarna Enduro Trophy 2020: first stage in Salice Terme

Il 2020 Husqvarna Enduro Trophy will start on August 9th. First comparison a Salice Terme, where two laps are planned for almost 100 km of route. The organization is entrusted to MC Valle Staffora.

During the four scheduled seasonal events, Husqvarna Motorcycles and Motorex will share a tribute dedicated to a friend of enduro who recently passed away, with the establishment of the Challenge Nanni Tamiatto. A competition with a special OPEN class made up of all the drivers who, according to the regulations, complete one lap less. The first three classified were awarded.
In the municipality of Salice Terme, keeping in mind the provisions to counter potential contagion from Covid-19, areas and spaces in the city center for enthusiasts are still foreseen.
Also this year there will be a Michelin space in the Husqvarna Hospitality area. Among other names, WP Suspension is present with the MDG Authorized Center to support riders in suspension settings. Among the new features is the participation of Husqvarna Bicycles with a fleet of e-bikes available for any tests.

The event

Expected from Friday August 7th the collection of the kit supplied for the participants, further enriched according to the previews. The delivery of available materials will continue Saturday.
Departure is scheduled at 08:30 di Sunday from the center of Salice Terme at the former Grand Hotel delle Terme and, via a panoramic road, the participants will reach the "Maginot" for the first special test on a mixed undergrowth terrain with technical sections of about 5 km, characterized by a tape.
The transfer towards Val Curone, approximately 30 km long, will connect the pilots to the Cecima area for the second special test. Specifically, a Cross Test of approximately 4 km on a vast meadow with a counter-slope.
Then arriving downstream at the time control with assistance, the participants will continue approaching the Staffora stream and will reach the Maginot again for the third Special Test and subsequently towards Salice Terme for a further Cross Test before entering the city. Four special tests are scheduled in the first lap and three in the second.
