Triumph Thruxton Ace Special Edition, on display at Intermot

It was presented in Cologne

The names Triumph and Ace Café are two very closely related terms, beyond our power of understanding, and represent two iconic monuments in the history of British motorcycling.

To mark this bond the Triumph Thruxton Ace Special Edition a limited edition motorcycle was presented at the Intermot in Cologne, which will close on October 6th in Germany, which embodies the heritage of two-wheel classicism well mixed with modern technology.

La Triumph Thruxton Ace Special Edition evokes the classic café racer profile with a fluid and voluptuous silhouette, adorned with bespoke decals, present on the side panel section, tank and tail.

The handlebar has a commemorative plaque which states the "Special Edition" nature of the Triumph Thruxton Ace Special Edition. Triumph has chosen a minimalist livery with a pure white tank and jet black side panels, which complement a racing stripe design, which leaves no room for error. The engine remained intact, the same 865cc parallel twin that we knew, capable of delivering 68 HP and 72 Mn, with its classic silenced mufflers and its iconic roar.

La Triumph Thruxton Ace Special Edition includes optional accessories that include a variety of seats, Arrow exhausts and chrome parts. Only 100 Triumph Thruxton Ace Special Edition models will be made and dealers are already stocking up on them. The bikes will then arrive in dealerships in December.

The Triumph Thruxton Ace Special Edition should have a price, in the United Kingdom, of 7.699 pounds (9.665 euros).
