The new Triumph Street Scrambler it is characterized by a peculiar alchemy that includes a classic style and functional handling, in turn animated by an advanced engine. Along with this, the Street Scrambler Sandstorm Edition, distinguishable by the exclusive livery and equipment. Alone 775 unit.

Among the highlighted aspects, a new aluminum number plate with integrated logo stands out. Some new details such as the supports for the circular headlight or the heel guards have been developed in aluminium, and new materials have been used for the saddle. There is a 41 mm traditional fork with classic rubber bellows and a double rear shock absorber with adjustable preload. The front and rear travel is 120 mm. The braking system consists of a 310 mm floating front disc combined with a 4-piston Brembo caliper, while at the rear there is another 255 mm disc and 2-piston Nissin floating caliper. Speaking of safety, ABS and Traction Control are mentioned, which can be deactivated for off-road use if necessary. Furthermore, three riding modes are highlighted by choosing between Rain , Road, Off-Road with ride-by-wire. The original equipment tires are the "dual" Metzeler Tourance, 19 inches at the front and 17 inches at the rear.

Recalling the colors of the desert, the limited edition Street Scrambler Sandstrom is technically based on the aforementioned example, as well as featuring varied equipment. They are only foreseen 775 specimens with certificate of authenticity combined with the chassis number.
The special Sandstorm livery includes accents Matt Storm Grey e ironstone on the 3-color tank, so a raised front fender finished in Matt Storm Gray is visible. Among the highlighted aspects there is also a thin tail, a standard accessory present here, with a compact and incorporated LED taillight. A protective grille for the headlight, knee pads on the sides of the tank and aluminum protections are also listed.

Motor

The new generation of the approved twin-cylinder Euro 5 900 cc “high-torque”, liquid-cooled, transmits 65 horses of power at 7.250 rpm and the peak torque is 80 Nm at 3.250 rpm. Mated to this is a five-speed gearbox. Also distinctive is the double terminal present in a raised position with a stainless steel finish. The availability of a has been reported depowering kit A2, which includes a dedicated accelerator and a different engine set up, reversible at full power.
