Triumph Speed ​​Triple: the Open Days are on 4 and 5 March

Triumph speed triple – A year full of innovations for Triumph Motorcycles which, in addition to the new Modern Classic range, presented the new Speed ​​Triple at EICMA, renewed in appearance but above all in substance. The new model of the English brand has arrived in Italian dealerships and can be seen and tested during the dedicated Open Days, scheduled for 4 and 5 March 2016.

The new Triumph Speed ​​Triple, available in the S version and the more equipped R version, maintains the streetfighter character that has distinguished this model since its birth, but acquires a new, sportier and more aerodynamic line that gives it an aggressive and dynamic appearance. In the new Speed ​​Triple the characteristic elements such as the double headlights, the single-sided swingarm and the double under-seat silencers are maintained, while the riding position is now more compact and allows the rider greater control of the motorbike in all conditions, thanks also to the improvement of the dimensions and geometry of the frame.

The Triumph Speed ​​Triple's 1050cc three-cylinder engine has been revised with more than 100 upgrades and is capable of delivering maximum power and torque of 140PS and 112Nm respectively, all with incredible linearity and exceptional precision achieved thanks to the new ride-by-wire throttle bodies. Furthermore, the newly developed intake system, the exhaust ports, the combustion chambers and the new exhaust system have been designed to efficiently increase the flow of gases, for an extraordinary result: more performance and less consumption. And the new Speed ​​also offers greater safety and greater driving pleasure thanks to the inclusion of cutting-edge technologies such as deactivable ABS and Traction Control, assisted clutch, Brembo monobloc calipers and 5 driving modes.
