Bold aesthetics

Two dynamic expressions in dark clothing, described in two videos proposed by Official Triumph Motorcycles. Triumph Rocket 3 R Black It features an all-black livery with matte and glossy details and a carbon front mudguard. A distinctive aesthetic with a black Triumph logo embossed on the 18 liter tank.

Triumph Rocket 3 GT Triple Black it has an equally refined livery, defined by a combination of three shades, tone on tone.
Various all-black details, and connotative aspects such as the carbon fiber front mudguard. Also highlighted is the 2.500cc engine, also dark, including hydroformed manifolds, heat shield and silencer.
The refined and expressive style of Rocket 3 is emphasized by finishes and materials. We mention brushed elements such as the tank with steel belt, the air-box cover, the oil cap and the Monza tank cap all in aluminium, fins machined on the crankcases, the cylinder head and cam cover, the heel guards and the bottoms of exhaust, the dedicated retractable folding footrests.

The technological framework includes: optical groups full-LED, keyless starting and steering lock, TFT instrumentation ready for the My Triumph Connectivity platform, four riding modes (Road, Rain, Sport and Rider configurable), cruise control, Hill hold control, an Optimized Cornering ABS solution and traction control by series, standard heated grips for Rocket 3 GT.

Rocket 3 features a new aluminum frame with a functional design to keep the overall weight down. Highlighted is a torque/weight ratio that is over 25% higher than competing models. Rocket 3 models include 47mm adjustable Showa forks and fully adjustable Showa rear suspension with separate reservoir.
The braking system includes Brembo Stylema® calipers on both models. The design allows for greater airflow around the brake pads, which benefits cooling.

Motor

The cubic capacity of the three-cylinder in-line engine amounts to 2.500 cc. Expressed a maximum torque of well 221 Nm at 4.000 rpm, while maximum power reaches 167 horses at 6.000 rpm. Also featured are a torque-assist clutch and a six-speed helical gearbox.
